BELLAGIO BOUTIQUE EVENT VENUE
Vaughan, Ontario | 10,659 sf
The sales and marketing team at Bellagio Boutique Event Venue had heard how sharing 360° tours of their event space could double the attention and boost sales. However, they weren’t sure how to create a virtual tour and were concerned about the difficulty and cost involved. When they decided it was time to invest in a virtual tour, they chose 360 Tour Toronto to help them bring the Bellagio to life in a custom VR experience.
VIEW THE 360° VIRTUAL TOUR
Most people planning events begin their search for a venue online. When someone looks at so many different venues it’s not uncommon to feel a bit of “property fatigue”. This is when properties, with no distinguishing characteristics to set them apart, all start to look and feel the same. Working with Bellagio, 360 Tour Toronto planned an immersive 3D virtual reality experience that would set the Bellagio Boutique Event Venue apart from others; that would easily connect with potential clients no matter where they were located.
One of the biggest benefits of creating a virtual tour of the Bellagio was the opportunity to showcase the significant redesign it had in 2020. They wanted to give potential customers the ability to truly engage with the space and form an emotional impression of the property. Not only does a 3D tour make the venue more memorable, it excites people and gives them additional confidence when making a decision to book the Bellagio.
Viewing the virtual tour online has helped many event planners and other potential customers make a decision to take the time to see the Bellagio venue in person. The comprehensive and detailed view of the property provides a streamlined and user-friendly experience that makes it easy to explore even large venues with multiple floors. With its bird’s-eye perspective, the unique dollhouse view of a Matterport 360 virtual tour is a particularly powerful tool. Viewers can better imagine the flow of the Bellagio event space with this holistic overview of the entire space.
Additional multimedia can also be easily incorporated into the Bellagio virtual 360 tour. Elements such as music, video, web links, PDF documents, and other educational or inspirational information can be embedded into hotspots throughout the VR tour to further enhance the overall user experience.
Even after an on-site tour has been conducted, the Bellagio sales team utilizes the 360 tour to help answer follow-up questions. Using the VR tour, they are able to virtually walk through the space with their clients as many times as necessary to address concerns in real-time. Whether fielding questions about flooring, window dressings, or the location of outlets for audio/visual equipment, the Bellagio 3D tour provides better interaction with event planners and has also improved communications between vendors, venue staff, and guests.
